Cheesy Fettuccine

  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 pint (16 oz.) heavy cream [or light cream]
  • 1 box (16 oz.) fettuccine [or medium egg noodles ], cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese [or mozzarella cheese ]
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Melt Spread in small saucepan over medium heat and stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with cream; heat through, but do not boil. Toss with hot fettuccine and cheeses. Serve immediately.

FOOD NOTE: Try CHEESY FETTUCCINE PRIMAVERA by adding cooked fresh, frozen or canned vegetables to hot fettuccine.
