Chicken 'N Vegetable Stir Fry

  • 3 tsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar [or white vinegar]


  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken with vegetables, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until chicken is golden and vegetables are crisp-tender. Thoroughly blend Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix, cornstarch, ginger, water, soy sauce and vinegar; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce is thickened. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
