Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 lb.) whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 1/2 lbs. assorted fresh vegetables, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large baking or roasting pan until well coated. Bake 50 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, basting after 30 minutes.
