Savory Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  • 2 cans (15 oz. ea.) chick peas or garbanzos [or garbanzos], rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 6 (8-in.) whole wheat pita breads [or white pita breads], cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients except pita bread in food processor until smooth. Serve with pita wedges and drizzle, if desired, with additional olive oil.
