  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  • 6 cups assorted fresh vegetables (such as zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onion and/or mushrooms)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Combine all ingredients until evenly coated in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
  2. Bake, stirring once, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

**SUBSTITUTION: Spray pan lightly with no-stick cooking spray and replace oil with 2 Tbsp. water.
