Gingered Shrimp & Noodle Soup

  • 1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine or red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package (.8 oz.) frozen sugar snap peas*
  • 2 ounces radishes, sliced (about 1/3 cup)
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Combine Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth, water, vinegar, ginger and red pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in shrimp, sugar snap peas and radishes. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.

*VARIATION: Use 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces. Increase 4 minute cooking time to 10 minutes.
