Noodle Soup Parmigiano

  • 1 pouch Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes [or 1 can (8 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped]
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients except cheeses in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with cheeses.
