Bring water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low and stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix, wine, Worcestershire sauce and thyme. Simmer covered 10 minutes. In 4 (2-cup) ramekins or oven-proof soup bowls, evenly divide soup; top with bread slices, then sprinkle with Parmesan and Gruyere cheeses. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
