Tuna Chowder

  • 2 Tbsp. Imperial® Spread
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth


  1. Melt Spread in 2-quart saucepan and cook carrot, onion, green pepper and celery, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Microwave Spread, carrot, onion, green pepper and celery in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole at HIGH 4 minutes, stirring once. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave uncovered 10 minutes, stirring once.
