- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 (5 oz. ea.) strip steaks or 1-1/4 lb. boneless sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

1. Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks to desired doneness. Remove steaks and keep warm.
2. Add vinegar in same skillet and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute. Stir in water and Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Serve over sliced steak.
