  1. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
  2. 2 cups water, divided
  3. 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken or cooked turkey
  4. 2 cans (16 oz. ea.) chow mein vegetables, rinsed and drained
  5. 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  6. 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

1. Bring Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Mushroom Soup Mix with 1-3/4 cups water and soy sauce to a boil over high heat in 10-inch skillet. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add cornstarch blended with remaining 1/4 cup water and cook until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice.
