- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or water
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red or green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/3 cups (8 oz.) couscous, cooked*

Email | Print1. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until golden. Add wine and boil 1 minute. Stir in carrots, zucchini, red pepper and Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. To serve, spoon over hot couscous.
