  1. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  2. 2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  5. 1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
  6. 1 can (28 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  7. 1 cup water
  8. 2 -lb. pork loin or pork shoulder, cooked and shredded
  9. 1 can (4 oz.) whole green chilies, drained and cut into strips
  10. 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  11. 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  12. 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  13. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat and cook green peppers, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth, tomatoes, water, pork, chilies, cumin, oregano and pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro, then simmer an additional 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
