Turkey Sausage & Peppers

  1. 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  2. 1 lb. turkey sausage or Italian sausage links, diagonally sliced into 2-inch pieces
  3. 3 medium green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
  4. 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  5. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  6. 1 cup water

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat in large skillet and brown sausage, turning frequently; drain. Remove sausage and set aside. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook green peppers and onion, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and return sausage to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes or until sausage is done. Serve on rolls.

2. Serve on Kaiser or Italian rolls if desired
