Garlic Chicken Amandine
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. soy sauce

1. Cook almonds in large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden; Remove almonds and set aside.
2. Heat oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken. Stir in almonds and Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with water, honey and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, over hot noodles.
