Chicken ‘N Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

- 3 tsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white vinegar

Email | Print1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken with vegetables, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until chicken is golden and vegetables are crisp-tender. Thoroughly blend Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix, cornstarch, ginger, water, soy sauce and vinegar; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce is thickened. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
