Herb-crusted Roast Beef Recipe
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread melted
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 lbs. beef top round, rump or eye round roast

1. Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix, bread crumbs, Spread and mustard.
2. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange roast on rack. Press soup mixture onto roast.
3. Bake 1-1/2 hours or until done. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
