Oven-glazed Brisket Recipe
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 lbs. boneless beef brisket

1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix, chili sauce, grape jelly and water in small bowl. Pour soup mixture over brisket in roasting pan. Cover and bake 2 hours. Uncover and continue baking, basting occasionally, 30 minutes or until tender. Serve, if desired with steamed vegetables.
